The Wednesday, 21 February 2007 meeting of the Executive Directors was convened at the Buckles Restaurant, Duncan at 9:00 AM with all Directors
but Casey, Dickens, and Weir present.

1. It was moved and seconded to accept the minutes of the 14 February 2007 meeting as circulated.

2. It was moved and seconded to accept the agenda for today’s meeting as circulated.

3. The Treasurer reported on efforts to assemble an audit committee.

4. The Secretary reported email correspondence.

The Secretary reported receiving a copy of the final joint letter to Forests Minister Coleman dated 31 January 2007 to which the YTS is signatory.

5. Ken reported attending the annual NDP Heritage Dinner in Crofton on Saturday, 17 February 2007 at the invitation of MLA Doug Routley.

6. Ken reported on the continuing saga of acquiring a new scanner. Delivery is expected this week.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:30 AM after the Directors agreed to reconvene at the Riverside Inn Restaurant, Lake Cowichan on Wednesday, 28
February 2007 at 9:00 AM.
