The Wednesday, 14 March 2007 meeting of the Executive Directors was convened at the Riverside Inn Restaurant, Lake Cowichan at 9:00 AM with
all Directors but Casey, Dickens, and Weir present.

1. It was moved and seconded to accept the minutes of the 07 February 2007 meeting as circulated.

2. It was moved and seconded to accept the agenda for today’s meeting as circulated.

3. The Treasurer made no report.

4. The Secretary reported email correspondence.

5. Ken reported that he will meet with Forests Minister Rich Coleman this afternoon in Victoria as part of a broad-based delegation seeking to curb
continued log exports from British Columbia.

6. Ken reported ordering new Ban Raw Log Export decals that also show the YTS website. Sample decals will be enclosed with the next mail-out
package to the membership.

7. Discussion about the coming YTS AGM scheduled for 22 April 2007. Nominations can be put forward to fill up to six available Director positions. A Director’s term is two years.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 AM after the Directors agreed to reconvene at the Riverside Inn Restaurant, Lake Cowichan on Wednesday, 21
March 2007 at 9:00 AM.
