The Wednesday, 18 July 2007 meeting of the Executive Directors was convened at the Riverside Inn Restaurant, Lake Cowichan at 9:00 AM with
all Directors but Casey and Weir present. Visitor M. Gulentope-Wouters attended.

1. It was moved and seconded to accept the minutes of the 04 July 2007 meeting as circulated.

2. It was moved and seconded to accept the agenda for today’s meeting as circulated.

3. The Treasurer reported all current balances.

4. The Secretary reported email correspondence.
The Secretary reported receipt of the annual Uniserve invoice for the www.savebcjobs.com website service.

5. Chris and Roger reported attending the BC Forests Society AGM at the Silver Bridge Inn in Duncan on Tuesday evening, 10 July 2007. Mutual
concerns and strategies were discussed and annual dues were paid up.

6. Ken, Chris, and Rick reported on the Duncan Parade held Saturday, 14 July 2007. The YTS float entry was awarded 1st Prize. Thanks to all the
volunteers that helped to prepare and distribute seedlings. Ken will forward photos and story to the website.

7. Ken reported on the new YTS T-shirts. Twenty-five shirts were delivered. As planned, some were given to parade volunteers and the balance will be available for sale.

8. Roger reported on an invitation from Ray Travers of the BC Forests Society to participate in a Forestry Field Trip planned for Monday, 23 July 2007. YTS representatives will attend.

9. Ken reported that a brand-new BAN LOG EXPORTS banner graces the Malahat Highway compliments of an anonymous supporter.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 AM after the Directors agreed to reconvene at the Riverside Hotel Restaurant, Lake Cowichan on Wednesday,
01 August 2007 at 9:00 AM.
