The Wednesday, 12 December 2007 meeting of the Executive Directors was convened at the Silverbridge Hotel Restaurant, Duncan at 9:00 AM with all Directors but Casey and Weir present. Members K. Dickens and L. Vermiere attended. Guests Z. Parker and V. Burkley attended.

1. It was moved and seconded to accept the minutes of the 28 November 2007 meeting as circulated.

2. It was moved and seconded to accept the agenda for today’s meeting as circulated.

3. The Treasurer reported current balances.

4. The Secretary reported email correspondence.

5. Representatives Zane Parker and Victor Burkley from the Koksilah/Glenora watershed group were invited to share their ideas. It was agreed that another meeting would be held in the New Year.

6. Ken reported that lawyer Joseph Arvay continues to analyze the recent BC Court of Appeals decision.

7. Discussion about the YTS Xmas Party to be held on Saturday, 15 December 2007. Rick reported generous donations from local businesses.
Final arrangements were confirmed.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:30 AM after the Directors agreed to reconvene at the Silverbridge Hotel Restaurant, Duncan on Wednesday, 16
January 2008 at 9:00 AM.
