The September 23, 2009 meeting of the YTS executive was held at the Silver Bridge Restaurant at 9am. In attendance was K Dickens, C Olson, K James

1. The agenda for today’s meeting was circulated and passed

2. The Treasurer reported

3. Discussion was held around the next newsletter

a. K Dickens has agreed to author the newsletter
b. Suggestions were made around the format and content

   i. We hope to solicit personal stories of 150       words max
     1. $25 will be paid per selected stories
  ii. We plan on including a Trivia quiz and Crossword
    1. Dinner vouchers will be paid for the correct answers
  iii. We hope to solicit old pictures
  iv. Submissions due by Nov 1, 2009

4. Discussion around the Christmas Party (Dec 5, 2009)

a. Check with Richard re Suit
b. Keith to check with Myron re availability

5. Plans still pending re-meeting with Tribes

a. Once that meeting has taken place we can pursue others, ie. Federal and Provincial Politicians and like minded groups

The meeting was adjourned at 11 am after the directors agreed to meet again in 2 weeks
