The Thursday 18 March 2010 meeting of the executive directors was convened at the Silver Bridge Restaurant, Duncan at 9:00 am with C Olson, R Wiles, R Vermiere, L Vermiere,
K Dickens, R Wier and K James in attendance

1. The agenda for today’s meeting was circulated and accepted

2. The minutes of the last meeting were circulated and accepted

3. The Treasurer reported

a. The year end audit will be done by R Wier and B Gravelle in preparation for the up-coming AGM

4. Ken reported on a meeting with Ken Wu of the Ancient Forest Alliance

a. YTS was asked to do a TV interview in support and agreed
  i. The TV crew ran out of time and the interview did not take place

5. The AGM has been confirmed for April 25, 2010 at 11am at the Somenos Hall

a. Notices will be sent out asap
b. A Pacific Blue Cross representative will be at the AGM
c. Keith will complete the letters to PBC members to be included in the mail-out and PBC is sending brochures to be include in the mail-out

6. Ken reported on attempting to contact Jean Crowder.

7. Roger suggested we contact Warrick Whitehead and offer our support in his campaign to save the Koksilah Ancient Forest

Meeting was adjourned at 11:00am after directors agreed to meet again at a date to be set.
