Dear People……the Rule 18A is soon approaching …..for reasons beyond my control I will not be able to attend….I had a rather bad spill on a prototype of a bike I was testing on Gabriola Island last week
and I fractured my pelvis and my hip….I am by doctor’s orders required to remain in bed for at least a couple of weeks…..my worry is that it could be longer….but it does rule out me attending in court next week….for that I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause you or your clients…but I do ask for your consent to the adjournment of the Rule 18A applications brought by each of your clients.
